Julio is the Broker and Co-Founder of CityLiving Real Estate, LLC. Julio is a graduate from The Catholic University of America with a bachelor of science in Philosophy and Theology, with a 20 years of experience in Real Estate and Finance, with a concentration in real estate investments and residential real estate. Julio has worked in the financial sector with top firms, such JPMorgan Chase, Bank Of America, MBNA.Having lived in Jersey City for over 25 years, he is extremely familiar with the surrounding areas and consistently updates his knowledge of the present real estate market, local trends, and new developments. Julio resides in Jersey City Heights in the arts district with his wife Fatima, they have 2 children, Maria (7) and Dante (2) they love visiting the local farmers market on River View Park.
